Role Summary and Impact

At Code Computerlove, we create digital experiences with heart — blending creativity, technology, and insight to make products people love and businesses grow.

We’re not just building software; we’re helping our partners shape better digital futures through collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

As a Professional / Mid-Level Software Engineer, you’ll join a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, strategists, and product experts. You’ll play a key role in delivering accessible, secure, performant, and scalable applications that make a real impact — all while developing your skills and contributing to a supportive, learning-focused engineering community.

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and evolve modern digital products using C#, TypeScript, and React (as applied to Next.js and Remix).
  • Develop APIs and backend services using .NET Core and relational databases, supporting composable and data-driven architectures.
  • Build cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to automate build and deployment processes.
  • Work closely with Product, UX, Strategy, and DevOps specialists to co-create high-quality, outcome-focused solutions.
  • Integrate with headless SaaS tools like Contentful, DatoCMS, Prismic, Algolia, and others in the composable ecosystem.
  • Apply DevOps and performance engineering practices — including caching, observability, and scalability — to deliver resilient products.
  • Contribute to our Software Engineering discipline, sharing knowledge and helping shape how we build and deliver technology at Code.

Skills and Experience

At WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people. It’s what elevates us to deliver exceptional experiences for both our clients and each other. In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media’s shared core values:

  • Be Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.
  • Create an Open environment by Balancing People and Client Experiences by Cultivating Trust.
  • Lead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development to Mobilize the Enterprise.

You’ll likely have experience developing web applications in a modern technology stack and a strong foundation in both back-end and front-end development.

We’d love you to have:

  • Experience with C# / .NET Core, TypeScript, and React (Next.js / Remix).
  • A good grasp of relational database design and API development.
  • Practical experience deploying to Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Familiarity with headless CMS and composable architectures.
  • A passion for building products that are accessible, performant, secure, and user-centred.
  • A collaborative mindset — you value working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and learning from others.
