What you will do:
Build core infrastructure for connecting to and orchestrating distributed energy devices like vehicle chargers, heating systems, and batteries.
Collaborate across the stack using Python, Docker, and GCP to ship products that allow energy assets to participate in markets.
Engage directly with clients and market operators to understand the domain and translate user needs into production-ready code.
The ideal candidate:
A generalist engineer with deep motivation to combat climate change and a commitment to real-world impact over technical perfection.
Proven ability to execute independently in high-uncertainty environments, delivering 80% of the value in 20% of the time.
Experience or strong interest in Python-based backends and building scalable infrastructure within a collaborative, fast-paced team.
