Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Software Developer to join our dedicated Account Management & Onboarding team as we modernise and maintain our Player Account Management platform.

The Onboarding and Account Management Team focus on the key customer journeys related to registration, identity verification and authentication within our platform. The team is responsible for a range of critical systems and processes relating to those journeys, to ensure that we have a scalable, robust and secure system for our customers.

Within the team we are developing, enhancing and supporting our business critical platform; from the delivery of real time identity verification systems utilising innovative AI technology to core operational tooling.

Operating as a full stack team, we are in the process of undertaking a ground up re-architecture into Golang, react and cloud platforms. Core skills within the team are Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang and Typescript; we are looking for candidates with professional experience in one or more of these technologies though experience in similar technologies are welcome.

Working in a team of talented developers, you will join us in delivering the highest quality solutions for our customers and operational teams.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Commercial experience within web clients or server-side development.
  • Experience working with front and backend technology.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang or Typescript, though expertise in similar or alternative technologies is welcome.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to people across different areas of the Business.
  • Experience working in an environment with high volumes of change.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Understanding of the development of automation and developer tooling such as Continuous Build and CI systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline, or relevant professional experience.

  • Identifying technical areas of improvement.
  • Supporting Software Product Owners.
