About you

  • Native-level English proficiency required. Knowledge of an additional language (French, Portuguese, German, or Italian) is a plus.
  • Deep passion for Digital Marketing. Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focus on digital portfolio projects.
  • +5 years leading social media strategy or digital marketing strategy for global accounts.
  • Management skills and strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills. Comfortable briefing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
  • Up-to-date with digital trends, with a strong feel for what makes content resonate online. Ability to translate cultural and consumer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Analytical skills with a strong business mindset, able to balance creative ideas with performance-driven decisions. Advanced knowledge of social media analytics, paid media integration, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong aesthetic sense to provide clear feedback on assets and visual campaigns.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with a can-do attitude, thriving in fast-moving digital environments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience implementing and optimizing workflows.
  • Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company. Being able to work in teams towards a shared goal. 
  • You are based or able to relocate to London.
  • Familiar with Canva and CapCut (other design/edit tools is a plus).

About the role:

Global Strategy

  • Define and lead the global vision for social media, aligning creative storytelling with measurable business impact.
  • Design the international content strategy roadmap, balancing global consistency with local adaptation.
  • Position social as a core driver of growth and brand relevance within the company.

Creative & Content 

  • Provide clear, senior-level feedback on campaigns, assets, content calendars and narratives.
  • Identify cultural and consumer insights to fuel ideas that resonate across diverse audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency while pushing innovation, new formats, and emerging platforms.

Audiovisual Production

  • Lead the strategy behind video-first content, ensuring it meets both creative excellence and performance goals.
  • Oversee coordination and efficiency of shoots, production workflows, and visual storytelling quality.
  • Push forward innovation in audiovisual language, experimenting with formats that set new benchmarks.

IA, Tools & Workflows Innovation

  • Evaluate and implement workflows (including enterprise-level tools and/or AI-driven solutions) to scale efficiency and creativity.
  • Build standardized workflows and measurement frameworks that improve global alignment and visibility. 
  • Stay ahead of social + AI innovation, ensuring the team leverages technology for smarter, faster execution.

Mentorship & Team Management

  • Inspire, mentor, and grow the social media team, creating personalized development plans.
  • Build a leadership pipeline that ensures retention and professional growth of top talent.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across internal teams. Build strong relationships to amplify reach and impact.
  • Integrate social media into 360° campaigns, ensuring it operates as a growth engine, not just a channel.

Business Impact & Optimization

  • Drive measurable growth by connecting social KPIs to business objectives.
  • Optimize performance through continuous A/B testing, data-driven decisions, and market insights. Identify new opportunities (partnerships, formats, platforms) 
  • Translate analytics into clear business recommendations, ensuring social media delivers ROI and competitive advantage.
