Role Overview:
As Social Content Creator you’ll play a key part in taking our social content (video and photo) to new heights. You’ll be someone with big ideas who thrives on producing the sickest content. You’ll be plugged into pop culture, ahead of the latest trends and passionate about creating the next viral moment. You’ll be fully immersed in the social landscape knowing how to create amazing content that consumers will be hyped to see. You’ll be tapped into JD’s target audiences, understanding their needs and building community through content whilst working to the brand’s values and guidelines. You’ll be confident in sharing your expertise with the wider team, keeping them up to date on best practices, new trends, and creative inspo.

The Responsibilities:

● From idea to output, you’ll produce unmissable video and photo content for JD’s social channels
● With your unrivalled knowledge of the latest social media, pop culture and fashion trends, you’ll work closely with the in-house team to develop concepts and campaigns, working to set timelines and budgets.
● You’ll build exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong ties with relevant talent and social media stars.
● You’ll be working confidently BTS, helping to style, prep product, direct talent and conceptualise content ideas, ensuring all deliverables meet the expectations of key stakeholder.
● Every week, you’ll report on social media trends, presenting relevant opportunities to senior teams
● On a daily basis, you’ll be on hand to help Project Managers organise and resource project activities.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

● A talent in end-to-end video and photo production with a focus on social media content.
● Technically minded: you know how to use and maintain production equipment.
● Proven experience in social media content production.
● Keen interest in fashion and culture.
● Deep understanding of design, video, photography, and motion workflows.
● Strong organisational and time management skills; you can prioritise, multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain a “can do” attitude.
● A high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
● Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
● Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected.
● Creative problem solver.
