Evidera’s Value Communications Solutions team interprets and communicates the clinical and economic evidence that our pharmaceutical/life sciences clients require to successfully market their products. Our services include dossiers and slide decks that provide healthcare decision-makers with the evidence they need to evaluate new medical treatments, targeted literature-based white papers on diseases and treatments, and reports from payer advisory boards.
Join our Patient First Digital Solutions (PFDS) team as a Patient First Digital Solutions_eCOA/eConsent Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will help revolutionise patient care through innovative digital technologies, making a real-world impact and gaining valuable career skills.  This is a remote based role.
Responsibilities 
  • Assists in prioritising a solution at the proposal stage, identifying the best solution(s) for proposals, and directing the technical and operational aspects of projects. 
  • Acts as an advanced industry-wide subject matter authority for digital solutions (design and operational) and services both for internal and external partners. 
  • Consults on the competitive landscape within the industry for digital solutions. 
  • Acts as Oversight Director on studies and programs as required. 
  • Leads internal process and improvement initiatives. 
  • Works with major functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project, interprets data on sophisticated issues. 
  • Makes sound business decisions and is accountable that solutions are implemented and meet the customer’s time/quality/cost expectations. 
  • Coordinates activities of all functional departments (data management, programmers, testers, global clinical supplies, etc.), vendors (translation, technology, copyright holders, etc.), and customers involved in the project. 
  • Monitors and analyses project status to ensure successful completion of project parameters, landmarks, and timetables. Works with the team to identify potential risks and build contingency plans. 
  • Partners with finance and legal to coordinate study activities, track invoicing, and manage accruals. 
  • Establishes controls to ensure that project resources and expenses are aligned with budgets. Works closely with management to provide details for the development and arrange contract modifications, as needed. 
  • Ensures that training needs are met for the team members as required. 

Requirements 
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related Science field, or possess relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. 
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years). 
  • Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle specific to Digital solutions. 
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams. 
  • Demonstrated track record of integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity. 
  • Passionate about championing change, achieving results, and navigating ambiguity. 
  • Strong task management skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and emotional intelligence in professional settings. 
  • Displays effective presentation skills (listening, oral, written) and can communicate in English language (oral, written). 


Billable and Travel 

This is an 80% billable role with 0-20% travel requirements.
