Our Port Services Department in Gibraltar is looking for a Ships Agency Operator to join the team!

By working closely with suppliers and port authorities, we provide not only services but also reliability, safety, and compliance.
Location and Department
This position is based at Unit 1, Candytuft House, Waterport Terraces, at the entrance to the Port of Gibraltar.
The Ships Agency Operator reports directly to the Ships Agency Manager.
Who You Are
You are ideally an experienced Ships Agent with a solid understanding of the shipping industry and port regulations. However, we will also consider candidates with the right mindset and drive to learn.

Required Experience and Skills
- Maritime background with experience in Ships Agency Operations.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work as part of a team roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and board vessels as required.
- Manage the full cycle of each assigned port call.
- Ensure compliance with Ships Agency processes.
- Deliver service reports in line with company standards (format, content, frequency).
