You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join our People & Culture team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and working with hiring managers to expedite the selection process. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate. This role will be hiring for the locations of the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Prague, and India.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies for the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Prague, and India.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Identify, attract, and close all level candidates, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience, continuously deliver high-quality candidates and fulfill the hiring goal.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Collaborate with new hires to complete onboard paperwork.
- Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent Vendavo culture in a meaningful way.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Provide recruitment reports to team managers.

THE SKILL SET
- Minimum 6+ years full life-cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team, B2B SaaS hiring for the locations of (United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Prague, and India).
- TA Team Lead experience preferred
- Awesome interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Possess great attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruiting processes.
- Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself.
- Self-motivated, diligent and responsive, resilient and can adapt to changes quickly.
- Optimistic and collaborative - we are building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey.
- Experience working with international partners in different time zones and culture will be a huge plus.
- Firm understanding of recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing tools, etc.)
