Overview
The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition on a 12 month fixed term contract to support our Core Payments, Commercial New Payment Flows and International Marketing Communications organisations with a primary focus on sales and product recruitment across Europe. You would be responsible for managing the end to end hiring process for our candidates, sourcing great talent for our teams and proactively delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers alike.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate and hiring manager experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, loves engaging and sourcing new talent, and possesses an organised mindset (with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments).
All About the Role• Managing requisitions across three business units with a focus on but not limited to product and sales. • Serves as the point of contact for internal and external candidates, initial hires, business groups and divisions.• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor strategies to attract the best talent in the external market.• Collaborating with hiring managers to create job ads for current openings.• Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks such as LinkedIn.• Conducts initial screening of identified passive external candidates.• Pipeline talent in CRM for future roles.• Responsible for upholding designated TA processes and systems.• Monitors sourcing effectiveness through key performance indicators to identify improvements to sourcing strategies (direct source hires, time-to-fill, candidate pipeline quality, applicant tracking system functionality and data integrity).• Supporting and managing key strategic TA projects to drive operational excellence.
All About You• Agency or in house recruitment background.• A strong communicator and influencer.• An agile mind with the ability to absorb and interpret technical and business information.• A 'can-do' and 'will-do' attitude. The ability to build cross-functional relationships and to collaborate with different teams.• A commercial focused mind-set.• End to end ownership of full 360 recruitment for agreed roles.• Tenacity (use to working to TA SLA's on time to hire etc.)• Commercial awareness (understand the impact that TA has on the wider business).• Reporting on data to present to key stakeholders.
Desirable:• Working in or with matrix organisations to COE model.• Recruiting for sales or product positions.• Experience using Workday as an ATS.
