Job Description
Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Senior Solutions Consultant with a Customer Service background who will partner with Sales across our Large Enterprise accounts to help drive digital transformations in both Service and Marketing. Solution Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to solve high-value challenges for customers.
As a Senior Solution Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s solutions. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels. You bring energy, curiosity and passion.
Who You Are And What Makes You Qualified:
- You’ve got 4+ years of experience in a presales role at a Customer Service based SaaS company. Or 2+ years in a pre-sales role with a background in contact centre roles. We are customer-obsessed
- You will be a key member of the account team, a trusted partner to sales and own the overall solution strategy - building a strong internal network of supporting stakeholders. We treat employees like family
- You will attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes. We passionately genuinely care
- You’ll bring your creativity to build compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilities and deliver presentations virtually and in person. - You are a thought leader and enjoy educating our customers on Sprinklr’s business value. Helping others succeed makes us happy
- You are proactive and have a proven record of driving new initiatives, sales innovation and winning new business in a high-pace environment. Achieve outstanding results
