What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our growing team.
Day to Day You'll Be:
- Deep level of knowledge of our solutions, products and services
- Recommend how our clients should work to prove the value of our solutions and optimally implement the solution
- Work closely with clients to identify hidden CBI's and solution gaps / opportunities which you will subsequently feed into product roadmaps
- Develop client level / portfolio level benchmarking analytics to illustrate trends, opportunities and areas of focus for our clients and ensure client facing teams are prepared to share externally
- Capture client feedback regarding solutions and future enhancements, feeding back internally to key stakeholders to inform future product development
- Collaborate closely with Product and Data Science and Analytics to test and prototype Innovation concepts, engaging with clients to understand the use case and validate value
- Complete client specific proactive analytics as needed to form a POV of potential economic value that could be delivered / proven through a formal POC
- Develop basic ROI story based on POC / test results referencing the clients CBIs, causes and targeted economic value return
- Undertake Solution based market, user and competitor research
- Setup and lead client specific innovation labs
- Development of sector-relevant thought leadership and proactive / scalable insight to help present product and product insight at external events
- Share win strategy and where win strategy can be adopted/scaled to other clients. Use to create hitlists of clients to target next who best fit win strategy metrics
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure compelling product propositions, messaging and value statements
- Training for our client facing teams to ensure they have the necessary Solution knowledge as needed to turn client CBI conversations into a POV and a qualified opportunity
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Ability to illustrate value proposition, capabilities, use cases, technical and operational structure
- Lead and manage all client advisory boards, summits and seminars
- Renewal management; including any pricing and product changes
- Obtain Competitor Analysis and feed into Product and Sales
