Job Description
As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will contribute significantly to the reliability and performance of our software products. Your role will involve more complex testing activities, a higher level of defect analysis, and active participation in enhancing our QA methodologies. You will be pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and document complex test cases.
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis of defects.
  • Develop and enhance test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Automate repetitive test cases where applicable.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining QA tools.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Mentor junior QA team members.
  • Participate in code reviews from a QA perspective.
  • Propose and drive improvements in QA processes and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant bachelor degree.
  • Experience in creating strategic test plans and able to implement the strategic test plan.Advanced Test Case Execution: Comprehensive testing capabilities.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Thorough investigation of defects.
  • Knowledge and experience with SDLC.
  • Test Automation: Familiarity with tools like QTP and Leapwork.
  • Performance Testing: Understanding performance testing tools and methods.
  • Collaboration: Effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
  • Documentation: Advanced skills in preparing test documentation.
  • Bug Tracking: Detailed and efficient use of tracking systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactive in enhancing QA processes.
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM
  • Fluency in Dutch and English language.
  • Hybrid working is among the possibilities for you, whereby you will work 2 days a week at the office in Deventer and at times when it is desirable for you and/or colleagues because it leads to better results.
