At Chainlink Labs, our engineering team pushes the scale and capabilities of decentralized applications across the industry. The Chainlink Network holds >70% market share in the oracle space, solving real-world problems by enabling smart contracts to securely interact with off-chain data/computation.

We value talented and driven craftsmen who work collaboratively to tackle complex challenges, deliver product impact, and grow as builders. Join us and shape the future of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.

About The Role

Our approach is practical and implementation-driven, emphasizing battle-tested protocols that meet the privacy requirements of diverse customers, from native DeFi protocols to traditional financial institutions navigating blockchain adoption in regulated settings. Experience with technologies like Privacy Pools, Zero Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), and Stealth Addresses will be highly advantageous.

You will work closely with our internal research team and other engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and pragmatic privacy solutions that address real-world challenges.
