About
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Operations Lead to join our Sales and Customer Experience team. This team is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales processes, coupled with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams.
You Will
- Manage and optimise CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and collaboration with GTM and finance teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to sales tools and workflows, aligning with budget and GTM planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to align on sales objectives and strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the sales team.
- Assist the Enablement Lead in identifying training gaps and supporting the implementation of programs to enhance the sales team’s skills, foster ongoing development, and streamline the onboarding process for new hires + existing team members.
- Assist in aligning sales processes with overall business objectives by identifying and addressing team performance gaps to support revenue recognition and drive growth
You Must Have
- Proven track record of improving sales processes and performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- High proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in designing and delivering sales enablement training programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- A strategic mindset, with a focus on driving sales productivity and efficiency.
It’s a Plus If You Have
- 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of advanced sales methodologies and best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- A background in sales enablement or training.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and KPIs in a sales context.
