Our client is a leading SaaS-enabled Information Security consulting firm helping global enterprises reduce cyber risk and maintain compliance across complex environments. They partner with Fortune 500 organisations throughout North America, delivering specialised cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance solutions to highly technical stakeholders including CISOs, VPs of Information Security, and enterprise security leaders.

This is a high-trust enterprise sales environment requiring strong cybersecurity knowledge, consultative communication skills, and confidence engaging executive-level buyers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support enterprise pipeline growth across North America. This role is ideal for someone with a strong cybersecurity or information security background who understands how to engage senior security decision-makers and navigate enterprise sales conversations.

You will be responsible for both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, working closely with sales leadership to generate qualified opportunities within Fortune 500 and mid-market accounts.

Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have prior experience selling Information Security or IT Consulting services into US-based organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage enterprise accounts across North America through outbound cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales leadership
  • Build relationships with CISOs, VPs of Information Security, IT Directors, and other cybersecurity stakeholders
  • Conduct research on target accounts, security initiatives, compliance requirements, and organisational pain points
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking within HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Use sales engagement tools, power dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute high-volume outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on webinars, events, and lead generation initiatives
  • Support pipeline management and contribute to overall revenue growth goals
  • Navigate enterprise sales cycles and compliance-driven conversations involving frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST

Requirements
  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience targeting US-based accounts with a proven track record
  • 2+ years selling Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT Consulting services
  • Strong cybersecurity and compliance knowledge (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
  • Experience selling to CISOs, VPs of Information Security, and enterprise security leaders
  • Fully bilingual in professional English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, and power dialers
  • Experience handling both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Strong consultative communication, objection handling, and enterprise sales skills
  • Event coordination or marketing support experience is a plus
