We’re looking for a Senior Reward Analyst who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s human resource team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our HR Reward team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to shape and deliver dunnhumby’s reward strategy and proposition.

What we expect from you

Support the design, planning, and implementation of annunal salary and bonus review process globally

  • Lead on the preparation and submission of the compensation surveys, conduct data analysis and benchmarking to ensure our pay strcuture remain compliant and competitive.
  • Support with the Gender Pay Gap Reporitng process, including data collation, data analysis and recommendations.
  • Conduct complex data analysis, provide insight and recommendations to the Global Reward Manager and Head of Reward
  • Lead on sales incentive plan implementation, working with Sales and Payroll colleagues to accurately calculate and administer payments and acting as a point of contact for queries
  • Maintain the Recognition programme and tool, provide monthly analysis and administrative support.
  • Ensure execution of all compensation transactional activities, including liasing with Payroll, managing compensation data accuracy, and reward communications.
  • Responsible for other ad hoc compensaiton projects and processes.
  • Provide reward advice and recommendations to HR colleagues and Business Leadership
  • Identify and develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders that are required to deliver the global reward strategy
