We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to support Atlassians R&D teams. You will look after our Product, Design, Pgm and Senior R&D Leadership hiring in India. We are looking for a strategic TA leader to execute on India R&D growth objectives, and partner with our most senior business leaders.

Experience and skills we require;
- A track record owning hiring objectives across multiple teams and ability to plan, organise and implement projects to meet established goals on time.
- Experience using complex data to drive distinctive perspectives, insights and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle.
- Capable of leading a dynamic team of TA organisation, including managers and individual contributors. Ability to support employees through the change process and also mentor them to become change leaders.
- Stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D and a track record of partnering with these leaders, using data lead strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ability to mentor and coach TA teams, and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
