We’re on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to take the lead on ambitious digital projects across our diverse client portfolio. In this role, you’ll steer the full software delivery lifecycle—from early scoping and planning through to hands-on execution. You’ll be at the heart of complex builds and system integrations, working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to bring brilliant digital products to life. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and drives impact through smart thinking and strong leadership.

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering new digital software products and enhancing existing ones for top-tier clients. Acting as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will manage project budgets, shape direction, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, solution architects, and strategists in a setting where projects vary in both size and technical complexity.

What you'll be working on

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical software projects, keeping initiatives aligned, efficient, and on track. You’ll define project scope, build realistic estimates, track financial burndowns, and proactively manage risks and dependencies before they cause friction. Additionally, you will oversee scope change requests, ensure invoicing aligns with Statements of Work, and foster continuous improvement across all workflows.

  • Define and shape project scope, objectives, estimates, and deliverables to set every engagement up for success.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and development leads to understand technical solutions and inform accurate delivery planning.

  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and clients, translating complex technical risks into clear, actionable insight.

  • Track project budgets and report on financials, including burn rates, forecasts, and invoicing against Statements of Work.

  • Work with resourcing teams to ensure projects are appropriately staffed with realistic timelines.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, and dependencies—resolving or escalating issues early.

  • Manage project scope, oversee change requests, and maintain clear documentation across Jira, Confluence, and Certinia.

  • Apply industry best practices and agile delivery techniques to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring to the team

You bring proven experience managing complex software projects and large-scale system integrations, ideally within a digital agency or consultancy environment. Confident navigating both the technical and human sides of delivery, you can engage in solution architecture discussions and guide senior stakeholders through decisions with clarity. Calm under pressure, organized, and outcome-focused, you possess a forward-planning mindset with a strong attention to detail.

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end software projects, including large-scale app builds and system integrations.

  • Comfortable engaging in architecture discussions and reviewing technical documentation to support planning and risk management.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building trust with senior client partners.

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt to traditional practices when required.

  • Highly proficient using industry-standard project management platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Certinia.

  • Skilled in tracking project budgets, managing scope change, and forecasting team resourcing needs.

  • A strategic, forward-planning approach that stays calm under pressure and focuses on pragmatic solutions.

  • Reliable, outcome-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities independently.
