Job Description

  • Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines
  • Create a detailed project plan outlining the schedule, resources, and milestones.
  • Assign tasks and resources effectively to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the project budget to ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Facilitate collaboration among team members and resolve any conflicts that arise
  • Track project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or resources effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for project success.
  • Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that hinder project progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.
  • Conduct project reviews, finalize documentation, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency, in English, to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • Essential professional experience, knowledge, and skills (specific technology relevance within the minimum 6 years' experience 
  • Ability to successfully implement PRINCE2 or similar methodologies.
