Mō te tūranga | About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our everyday banking experience, leading the strategy and performance of our Transaction Accounts and Debit Card products.
This is a great opportunity to shape how New Zealanders interact with their money every day whether that’s how they spend, save, or manage their finances in real time. You’ll work closely across Product, Sustainability and Marketing (PSM) and the relevant value chain, helping to define and deliver a balanced roadmap that drives meaningful improvements in customer experience, engagement, and growth, while navigating regulatory requirements with confidence.
In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with a strong bias for action, cutting through complexity, influencing at all levels, and translating vision into tangible outcomes that make a real difference for customers and the business. You’ll also play a key leadership role, building capability through effective leadership, coaching, and guidance of direct reports, and acting as a role model for high performance and strong customer‑led decision making.

Strong product management fundamentals including risk management, leveraging data, and reporting to leverage portfolio results.
Significant experience within the finance or banking industry.
Demonstrated experience in improving NPS on a product set.
Proven examples of implementing changes, driven observable metrics.
High levels of commercial acumen and delivery focus demonstrated through results.
Proven leadership capability and culture building.
