About the Role
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and leadership to deliver API-driven infrastructure that empowers customers to launch innovative financial experiences at scale. Over time, you will take on leadership responsibilities, with a growing team reporting into you.
What You’ll Do
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the EmFi vertical within Issuing.
Partner directly with enterprise customers to design and scale tailored embedded finance solutions.
Translate complex use cases into scalable APIs and infrastructure in collaboration with engineering teams.
Drive customer-centric product development while ensuring long-term platform scalability.
Represent Issuing in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and enterprise partners.
Mentor and lead PMs, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role.
Who You Are
Experienced product manager with 5–10 years of experience in payments, financial infrastructure, or developer platforms, ideally with exposure to issuing, card programs, and partnerships with networks such as Visa and Mastercard.
Strategic thinker who can identify big-picture opportunities while driving disciplined execution.
Skilled in enterprise customer engagement and confident in leading high-level strategic discussions.
Technically fluent, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on APIs and platform design.
Ambitious and growth-oriented, with clear potential to step into a leadership role in the near future.
5–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in card issuing, payments, or fintech products.
Proven track record managing credit, debit, prepaid, or virtual card products end-to-end.
Experience leveraging AI/ML or data analytics to optimize card programs, detect fraud, or enhance customer experience.
Strong ability to manage trade-offs between long-term vision and short-term execution.
Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex payments and card product strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in data-driven, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Experience with global card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and banking partners.
Background in hyper-growth fintech startups or payment platforms.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, and card network rules.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
