Missions

🎯 Your main goal will be to drive the development and enhancement of n8n's integration capabilities, ensuring our "Nodes" (integrations) team delivers robust, innovative solutions that delight our users and meet our strategic business goals.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

1- Define and Execute Node Strategy

🔍 Refine our node strategy, balancing between specific nodes and AI-generated API calls.
📈 Develop a clear roadmap for node development, aligning with our overall product vision and company objectives.
🔧 Identify and address blockers to ensure the seamless integration of new nodes and API capabilities.

2- User-Centric Product Development

🗣️ Engage deeply with our community and customers to understand their needs and pain points.
🎨 Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to ensure nodes are intuitive and user-friendly.
🔬 Conduct product discovery, gather requirements, and perform user testing to validate features and enhancements.

3- Optimize Workflow Experience

🔄 Streamline node-related workflows to reduce friction and improve the overall user experience.
🚀 Drive the implementation of new nodes and enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
📊 Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of node implementations and identify areas for improvement.

4- Collaborate Across Teams

🤝 Work with Marketing to effectively communicate new node features and updates.
🎯 Align with Sales and Customer Success to ensure nodes meet enterprise customer requirements.
🛠️ Partner with Engineering to maintain technical scalability and reduce technical debt.

Requirements

Must-have

🚀 Proven Product Management Experience: You have 2 years of end-to-end product management experience with a track record of shipping amazing products and features in a fast-paced environment.
🛠️ Technical Acumen: You have a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and can discuss technical details with Engineering.
🗣️ Customer Focus: You put yourself in the user's shoes and are adept at gathering and acting on feedback to drive product improvements.
📊Data-Driven Decision Maker: You geek out about data analysis and feel uneasy when you don't have metrics to back up assumptions.
🌍 Collaborative Team Player: You get on with people easily, love working in international teams, and can tactfully fight your corner when needed.
💻 Coding/SQL Skills: Ability to code and write SQL, helping you dive deeper into data and put yourself in the shoes of our users.

Nice-to-have

💡 SaaS Experience: You have experience in the BtoB SaaS industry, particularly with enterprise products.
🧩 Workflow Automation Knowledge: You understand the intricacies of workflow automation and integration platforms.
📈 Product-Led Growth Expertise: You have experience driving product-led growth strategies and identifying high-potential users.
🌐 Remote Work Experience: You're familiar with remote-first work environments and can effectively collaborate across time zones.
