We’re seeking a mid-level Product Designer to join the Growth track at PandaDoc. An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate driving measurable business outcomes through design. In this role, you’ll enhance our Monetization and Expansion efforts, so Growth experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Your end-to-end design process and hypothesis-based approach to design will shape intuitive, frictionless, and engaging payment journeys.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement innovative solutions focused on growth monetization and expansion efforts;
  • Collaborate closely with different roles including product managers, engineers and research to deliver high-impact, high-quality outcomes;
  • Conduct extensive research and data analysis to understand user behaviours, needs, and barriers to growth;
  • Develop and iterate on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas;
  • Work with product management to develop and test hypotheses, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to validate designs;
  • Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a consistent and user-centric approach across all product touchpoints;

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, experience in Growth is a plus;
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thought process, and business impact;
  • Skilled at simplifying complex workflows into intuitive design solutions;
  • Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma, motion design experience is a plus;
  • Excellent English communication (minimum C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • A growth mindset, with a relentless focus on user needs and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
