💰 8x return on investment

Who's already on board: Forward-thinking teams at Virgin Media O2, Lidl, Merlin Entertainments, AWE, and Paramount trust us to help them spot the right hire every time and deliver hiring magic.

Why this matters: We're not just another HR tech company. We're solving one of the biggest challenges facing every growing business: finding and hiring exceptional people, fast. Our platform doesn't just assess candidates - it predicts success and empowers talent teams with AI tools they love.

Our Dazzle (that's our team!) 🦓

Fun fact: A group of zebras is called a dazzle – and ours truly is dazzling!

We create a culture in which our team thrives and gallops ahead.

As we roam free and empower our dazzle, we gallop ahead on the journey to achieving our goals. We understand this journey will pose challenges along the way, yet we brighten the trail with our positive mindset and encouragement of others. The dazzle continuously moves, gaining knowledge and skills so that we can graze new grounds.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a small crew working at the frontier of AI-Augmented Delivery (AAD), reimagining how products are discovered, designed and built with AI embedded into every stage of the workflow.

Your primary focus will be experimenting with new ways to deliver user value faster using AI. You’ll explore how discovery, design, and delivery processes can be restructured to reduce coordination cost and increase speed, while maintaining quality. For example, this might include structuring Figma files for AI → Code workflows, testing AI-assisted research and prototyping, and shaping lean, AI-integrated design methods that support cross-functional agility.

At the same time, you’ll apply those learnings directly to the creation of a new product, a POC in human-agent collaboration for recruiters. You’ll take ideas from zero to one, designing intuitive, elegant interfaces and collaborating closely with engineering to ensure feasibility and quality. You’ll be empowered to move fast, make decisions, and shape both the product and how it’s built.

The crew will be working directly with the CEO and this role will also have line management into the Head of Product.

This role is ideal for a designer who’s excited not just about what we build, but how we build it, and who’s motivated to help shape the future of design in an AI-native world.

Requirements
  • End-to-end product design experience across complex, web-based digital products
  • Proven ability to design intuitive, accessible, and elegant UIs with deep attention to craft
  • Experience working in fast-paced product teams, ideally in early-stage or startup environments
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineers in a trio environment
  • Skilled in discovery methods - user research, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas fast
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-autonomy environment
  • Mastery of Figma, with experience setting up reusable components, structured design systems, and clean handoff to dev
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance speed, creativity or cross-functional workflows (e.g. Figma plugins, Bolt, Claude, Cursor)
  • Comfort working across disciplines and stepping into product thinking when needed
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A creative thinker who’s curious, resourceful, and passionate about solving real user problems with clarity and speed
Benefits

🦓 Collaborating with a small, dynamic squad of curious and ambitious people
