Our mission is to help the world work Anywhere, and we are excited to share a new opportunity to join our global marketing team as Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We rebranded our Marketing team to the Mattering team in a move to focus more on what ‘really matters’. Over and above delivering the growth ambitions of our business,  we aspire to make a positive global impact - thinking long-term, and doing good for our people, our customers, and our planet.

Although AnywhereWorks can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up — with an all-hands-on-deck mentality! You need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and global collaboration, working with colleagues across the UK, US, Canada, India and Poland.

The Role

We're looking for a performance marketing leader who loves testing, scaling and turning great ideas into measurable growth. You'll lead a talented global team and take ownership of our paid digital marketing channels for our answering service brands.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire a global team of up to six Performance Marketing Analysts across our answering service brands - AnswerConnect, AnswerForce, ServiceForge & LEX Reception.

  • Grow leads and revenue by optimising ads across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging paid channels. Deep PPC Search experience is a must.

  • Build a culture of experimentation, constantly testing ads, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies.

  • Manage six-figure monthly budgets, making smart decisions that maximise return and drive business growth.

  • Turn complex data into simple, actionable insights that influence marketing strategy and senior leaders.

  • Be the quality gate for paid creative, ensuring every campaign is on-brand, thumb-stopping and built to convert.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators and sales teams to continually improve the customer journey.

  • Champion our "Mattering" philosophy by creating marketing that genuinely helps customers and makes an impact.

  • Join us in our Edinburgh office once a month to connect, collaborate and celebrate wins together.

About you
  • You’re the kind of person who gets stuff done.

  • You know what you’re doing (3+ years experience in a similar role) and have deep, hands-on experience with PPC Search.

  • You’re intrigued by what we do (B2B services/tech/SaaS).

  • You love data as much as creativity.

  • You think strategically, but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

  • You’re curious, proactive and always looking for the next test that'll move the needle.

  • You’re great to work with (excellent communication and influencing skills is a must).

  • You’re detail-focused with an eye for quality (you don’t settle for ‘good enough’).

  • You’re comfortable with inspiring teams to work together in a fast-paced environment across the globe and love helping people develop and grow.

  • You’re comfortable with pushing boundaries and trying new things.

  • You can travel to Edinburgh once a month for our team meet-up.
