As a Senior Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple manufacturing areas, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of products while driving world-class operational performance. You will lead Operations Managers and cross-functional teams, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the site's manufacturing strategy and future growth.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading manufacturing operations across multiple production areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
- Coaching and developing Operations Managers to build a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance excellence.
- Driving delivery performance by ensuring production schedules and customer commitments are achieved.
- Monitoring and improving key operational metrics across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost.
- Leading operational reviews, escalation processes, and recovery plans to resolve manufacturing challenges and mitigate business risks.
- Managing workforce planning, resource allocation, labor utilization, and capacity management across manufacturing operations.
- Partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, HR, HSE, and other key stakeholders to optimize factory performance.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and overall operational excellence.

- Have significant leadership experience within a complex manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading multiple production areas through operational leadership teams.
- Have successfully delivered measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
- Possess strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Have experience managing large, multi-disciplinary manufacturing organizations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage performance data to drive results.
- Have experience in production management, workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning activities.
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
