Revolutionize identity management at WPP! We're seeking an OKTA maestro to orchestrate our global platform, pushing the boundaries of security and user experience. Dive into deployments, integrations, and migrations, maximizing automation and fostering seamless collaboration. Day to day will include tech support, group additions, user creation and application assignments.
What you'll be doing:
- Be part of a new in-house OKTA technical team providing support for a complex platform and a large, diverse user base
- Liaise with internal OpCo’s and external customers from a support perspective delivering a first-class service experience
- Ensure that audit standards are adhered to in regard to attestations and management of identities and service accounts
- Assist in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements
- Support the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects
- Provide technical 2nd Line support to a wide user base
- Provide support to application integrations into the OKTA service for the purpose of authentication and authorisation
- Set Up Org2org and SCIM Configuration In OKTA
- Manage designated technical team members
- Maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical documentation relating to IDAM configuration items
- Participate in the IDAM Change Management process
What you'll need:
- Certified to OKTA Administrator level or equivalent in another Identity product.
- A good understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: OKTA, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS
- An understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations
- Technical experience in IDAM support & implementations
- Experience with conditional access controls on access management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
- Product management & support
- Collaboration skills
- Knowledge of AD/LDAP, AAD, AADC, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group Policy
- Experience of working in global, complex environments
- Accountability of service incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders
- Great verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving, abstraction & critical-thinking skills
- Pragmatic approach, proactivity & autonomy
