ABOUT THE POSITION


Senior Media Buyer at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.


Your role will extend beyond Facebook to encompass media buying across multiple social platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter. You will strategize, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across these platforms, aligning them with BURGA's growth objectives. Your expertise in each platform’s unique advertising capabilities will be crucial in crafting targeted campaigns. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skills to adapt strategies for each platform and audience, as well as mentoring junior team members.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


- Develop and manage comprehensive ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter, ensuring they align with our broader marketing strategies

- Perform detailed market and audience research to tailor campaigns for each platform

- Analyze campaign performance across all platforms, using data to drive decisions and optimize for better results

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and platform-specific ad content

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media advertising.

- Provide guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices for social media ad buying

- Report on campaign performance to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies

- Conduct regular A/B testing to refine ad targeting, creative elements, and bidding strategies


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


- Have at least 3 years of experience in paid media advertising, with a strong focus on Facebook and additional experience in TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter

- Possess a deep understanding of each platform's advertising tools and analytics

- Show strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed advertising decisions

- Be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally

- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly

- Be fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills


SALARY: 4500 - 5500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies
