We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager role to join our UK Marketing team, within newly formed International Family and Professional (IFP) segment where you will be working with the Brand Teams on Andrex and Kleenex. You will be accountable for leadership of innovation pipelines (local Front End Innovation), operational management and driving world class Go To Market excellence. Under the IFP drive of “innovation onslaught” this role is a key contributor to profitable growth across the portfolio through effective leadership and management of innovation and the Innovation Management Framework stage gate process. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Local market lead of Front End Innovation working closely with International Family and Professional (IFP) Growth team

  • Support brand innovation roadmap planning across Andrex & Kleenex aligned to Strategic Business Plan

  • Lead the role of innovation in category transformation

  • Run integrated planning sessions (IPS) and risk mitigation sessions across all initiatives

  • Coordination of Innovation Management Framework process and submission of documents

  • Compile, manage & co-ordinate required input from all functions

  • Drive innovation & renovation projects through the gates

  • Key liaison between UK Marketing and IFP Portfolio Management Lead

  • Key operational contact with Kleenex & Andrex manufacturing and supply

  • Operational excellence to ensure feasibility and execution of innovation and renovation

  • Senior stakeholder management to ensure alignment of portfolio pipelines

  • Go To Market process owner (Project Camden)

  • Ensure initiatives with interdependencies are identified, communicated & aligned to drive efficiency and projects are prioritised across brands

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Leadership Competencies / Qualification

  • Proven experience within marketing and innovation management, within consumer goods industry.

  • Strong numerical and verbal reasoning ability

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly in English

  • Strong project management capabilities, ideally demonstrating leadership and influence of multi-functional teams

  • Proven track record of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to influence agendas and senior stakeholders is critical

  • A proven track record of making things happen and delivering business results in current / previous roles

  • A strong desire to be accountable and to exceed expectations

  • Ability to build trust amongst numerous stakeholders

  • Resilient and able to work under pressure with competing priorities

  • Innovation Management Framework and cross-functional leadership experience

  • Strong collaboration skills
