SafetyCulture is a customer and product-led SaaS company with an ambitious mission: empower front line workers to drive operational excellence and take ownership of their safety and wellbeing. Our HQ is in Sydney, and alongside our Manchester office located in the heart of the city centre, we also have a presence in Kansas City, Amsterdam, Manila, and Townsville.

With our in-house product and engineering teams, we're continuously expanding our technology platform with products that give front line workers a voice, and leaders the visibility to make smart decisions in driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Our teams hold the customer at the heart of everything we do. Before we come to a solution, we ask: "How is this helping the customer?"

We’re seeking a proactive, driven, and solution-oriented Senior Manager of Marketing to lead our EMEA marketing efforts for a 12-month period. This role will drive regional marketing strategy across the UK&I and Europe, ensuring alignment with global marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will execute ABM programs, demand generation initiatives, and regional events to drive pipeline and customer engagement.

What you'll do

  • Lead Regional Marketing Strategy: Own and execute our field-based marketing plan, ensuring alignment with regional sales and success goals.
  • Manage a Small Team: Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of the regional marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and run ABM/customer campaigns, demand generation programs, and industry-specific initiatives to drive revenue and engagement.
  • Events & Partnerships: Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and partner activations, working closely with our Global Events Team.
  • Localisation & Market Positioning: Tailor messaging, content, and marketing channels for key markets across Europe to maximise impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams across Brand, PR, Product, SEO, Paid, and Social to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Own the regional marketing budget, track performance, and report on ROI and commercial impact.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, or related industries.
  • Expertise in ABM, demand generation, and field marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and coaching small teams.
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams while maintaining a regional focus.
  • Event and campaign management expertise, from strategy to execution.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure impact and optimise for success.
