SafetyCulture is a customer and product-led SaaS company with an ambitious mission: empower front line workers to drive operational excellence and take ownership of their safety and wellbeing. Our HQ is in Sydney, and alongside our Manchester office located in the heart of the city centre, we also have a presence in Kansas City, Amsterdam, Manila, and Townsville.

With our in-house product and engineering teams, we're continuously expanding our technology platform with products that give front line workers a voice, and leaders the visibility to make smart decisions in driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Our teams hold the customer at the heart of everything we do. Before we come to a solution, we ask: "How is this helping the customer?"

We’re seeking a proactive, driven, and solution-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA marketing efforts for 9 months.

In this role, you’ll manage a small team, partner closely with regional leadership to deliver our field-based marketing plan across UK&I and Europe, and coordinate closely with our Global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will continue to develop and scale our regional ABM program while planning, organising, and implementing targeted, end-to-end campaigns and events across our target sectors and markets.

What you'll do

  • Lead and Strategise: Oversee the regional marketing budget, resource allocation, and campaign success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI goals.
  • Build and Manage Teams: Lead and develop a small regional marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring team members to achieve their best.
  • Drive Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted ABM and customer campaigns, collaborating with sales and customer success teams to deliver results for key accounts and market segments.
  • Deliver Demand Generation: Design and implement demand generation campaigns that provide quality leads, supporting the sales team in converting leads to pipeline and revenue.
  • Execute Events: Manage a diverse range of events, including regional tradeshows, customer roundtables, and webinars, partnering with the Global Events Team on large-scale events.
  • Localise and Optimise: Tailor messaging, materials, and channels for target markets across Europe, working closely with regional and localisation teams to ensure relevance.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with Global Marketing to execute regional activities across Brand, PR, Product, SEO, Social, and Paid Media, while fostering strong cross-functional communication.

About you

  • A hands-on leader who excels at both strategy and execution.
  • Experienced in B2B marketing (B2C2B a plus), particularly in ABM and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Skilled in managing and developing marketing teams, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Adept at organising events, both virtual and in-person, with attention to detail and impact.
  • Energised by ambitious goals and ready for a meaningful challenge.

We’re committed to building inclusive teams and cultivating a sense of belonging so our people can bring their whole authentic selves to work each day. We seek to make reasonable adjustments throughout our recruitment process to create an even playing field for all candidates. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the entire SafetyCulture team we’ve built an incredible culture which has seen us recognised as a Best Place to Work in Australia, the US and the UK.
