Job Description:

The role of Marketing Executive, EMEA is designed to support the EMEA MarComms and GTM organisation by turning regional growth strategy and marketing investment into coordinated, high impact execution across markets.

The role will work collaboratively across the EMEA MarComms organisation, local market marketing teams and GTM lead to drive speed, consistency and ROI from regional marketing activity.

The opportunity for the person in this role is to operate as a senior, execution focused marketing lead, owning activation, scaling best practice across markets, and ensuring regional marketing investment translates into measurable growth outcomes.

Key areas of responsibility

As Regional Marketing Activation Lead, this person will be responsible for three key areas across Planning & Coordination, Activation & Delivery, and Market Enablement.

Planning & Coordination

  • Provide hands on planning and activation support to the regional GTM lead and local marketing teams
  • Manage regular working sessions to align priorities, timing and execution across EMEA markets
  • Act as the central point of coordination for regional marketing activation, ensuring clear communication and information flow
  • Ensure regional activity ladders up to agreed GTM objectives and focus areas

Activation & Delivery

  • Lead the creation and delivery of regional thought leadership
  • Translate thought leadership into scalable campaigns, content and assets for cross market use
  • Deliver events and webinars aligned to regional or in market thought leadership themes
  • Plan and activate cross region paid media activity in partnership with internal and external teams
  • Support CRM led campaigns and nurture activity to drive demand and pipeline
  • Provide overarching visibility and alignment of in market events with regional GTM priorities

Market Enablement

  • Scale strong local market activity by adapting and sharing assets across EMEA
  • Manage organic social activity on Merkle EMEA channels and provide social toolkits for local activation
  • Enable local teams with clear guidance, assets and best practice examples to support consistent execution
  • Support priority GTM initiatives and industry events to ensure regional consistency and amplification

 Skills and experience

  • Strong experience in B2B or professional services marketing, ideally in a regional or multi‑market role
  • Proven ability to execute end to end marketing campaigns
  • Experience across content, campaigns, paid media, events and demand activation
  • Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
