As a Senior Marketing and Promotions associate, you'll become a go-to expert for our bonus and promotional tools, playing a key role in shaping the success of our fantasy products. Working within a dynamic team, you'll collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver a seamless and engaging site experience that drives new user growth and retention. Leveraging data and operational calendars, you'll influence promotional strategies and curate site content that resonates with various user cohorts.
What you'll do as a Senior Marketing and Promotions Associate:

  • Manage the merchandising of promotions within the Daily Fantasy platform, ensuring high-visibility placement and alignment with user engagement goals.
  • Optimize the DFS site experience through data-driven insights and continuous enhancements to user journeys.
  • Own creative brief requests for promotions and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Develop targeted contest and gamestyle marketing strategies that drive user engagement and maximize platform interaction.
  • Utilize historical data to optimize operational calendars and curate site content that effectively engages diverse user cohorts.
  • Partner with Marketing and other product verticals to ensure quality execution of promotions.
  • Participate in go-to-market planning for offers, promotions, and site-wide marketing themes.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of our Daily Fantasy Achievements program, building milestone-based rewards that help to drive user retention and loyalty across various user segments.


What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 years in Gaming or Consumer Tech roles with experience in a promotions or merchandising role
  • Passion for fantasy sports.
  • Data-driven and strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the real money gaming landscape.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced, results-driven, and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to messaging and content strategy.
  • Proven project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 60,800.00 USD - 76,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
