The Revenue Product team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap. The Product Marketing team works in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies using creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire product roadmaps and help businesses grow on Snap.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Be a recognized Brand and Direct Response solutions expert leading a team of Product Marketing Managers to develop go-to market strategies and plans for North America, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies

  • Continuously assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking in order to influence our monetization strategy and drive product adoption 

  • Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly to deliver and execute against goals on time

  • Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s solutions for advertisers

  • Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Cross-functional leader who works with various stakeholder groups (Sales, Product, etc), both within Snapchat and across partner organizations to align on GTM strategy and influence product strategy

  • Effective at building and leading high performing PMM teams 

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry dynamics, especially Brand Advertising as it pertains to video and Performance Marketing with direct response

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail

  • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to groups of 100 - 500+

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing or other relevant digital marketing or sales work

  • 2+ years managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid track record in launching products & driving global adoption

  • Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA)

  • At ease with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams

  • Product Marketing experience at a consumer technology company or digital ads platform

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $232,000-$348,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $208,000-$311,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
