Job Description

The innovative and dynamic Senior Manager of People Experience Communications will work with Client’s People Communication’s team on the development of internal communication strategies. This is a pivotal role, connecting corporate communications and employer branding skills to shape the employee experience with our clients’ internal teams. To do this, we need a strategic thinker to provide clear, engaging, and impactful content that resonate across all levels of an organization. Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy which aligns with culture, values, and business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms, including intranets, newsletters, town halls, and social media.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling and creative content that effectively communicates key messages related to employee experience, change management, mission, vision and values.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with our client stakeholders, which includes leadership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
  • People management: this is a people leader role with 1 immediate direct report.


    Qualifications


    Experience: 7+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to create strategic communication plans and execute them successfully.
    • Experience in vision, culture and values communications.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of how to partner with multiple stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and influence across various levels of the organization.

    Exposure:

    • Digitally curious and savvy.
    • Excellent relationship and people management skills.



    Fluency in English required. 

    This position is open to remote work in the UK - Some travel may be required.
