The role, in a nutshell:

We are looking for our first International GTM Operations hire. To support our growing EMEA & APJ presence, we need someone to support our team in-region and within the appropriate time zone.

Key responsibilities:Market analysis:

  • Brings knowledge of international markets to identify potential customer segments, the competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.

GTM strategy development:

  • Designs tailored GTM strategies for each international market, considering cultural nuances and local business practices.

Sales enablement:

  • Provides training and support to international sales teams on product knowledge, market messaging, and local sales processes and tools.

Performance tracking:

  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) across international markets and advises on areas for improvement.

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Works closely with product teams, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth international operations.

Deal Desk Management & Legal Operations:

  • Manages EMEA-based deal review and processing for our EMEA sales team.
  • Reviews and engages with the broader legal team on commonly negotiated terms in accordance with legal’s playbook.

Acts as a close partner to the VP of International Sales.

Should have experience and exposure to how a SaaS/software company operates in EMEA/internationally. Experience with a US HQ software company with an international presence is a plus.

Key skills:

  • International business acumen: Understanding of global market dynamics, cultural differences, and legal considerations. Minimum of 5+ years' experience.
  • Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for multiple markets.
  • Data analysis: Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and identify market opportunities.
  • Cross-cultural communication: Effective communication and alignment with diverse teams across different regions.
  • Project management: Ability to manage complex international projects and timelines.
  • You need to be creative and resourceful in finding solutions. "Wearing multiple hats" is the norm.
