About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Services to join our JustGiving team in a high-impact role to deliver innovative digital solutions for the charity sector.
The focus of this role is to drive growth through strategic leadership, client-focused innovation, and commercial acumen - helping our enterprise non-profits launch campaigns that standout and retain market relevance.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team (CRM, PMs, Engineers), guiding the next chapter of our bespoke digital offerings. With a strong foundation already in place, your focus will be on scaling innovation, leveraging AI tooling, and launching new feature sets that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
What you’ll be doing
Shape and execute the roadmap for Digital Services, prioritising innovation, scalability, and commercial impact.
Partner with charities and enterprise clients to deliver tailored digital experiences that drive campaign success and deepen engagement.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Align digital initiatives with business goals, optimising resources to drive revenue, efficiency, and market share.
Spearhead the development of new digital products and features, ensuring we stay ahead of B2B expectations and industry trends.
Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to co-create impactful solutions.
What we need from you
Proven leadership in digital services, ideally within the charity sector or from an agency model.
Experience managing diverse teams across product, marketing, CRM, and engineering.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth through digital innovation.
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in operational rigour, budgeting, and roadmap execution.
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging tech to future-proof our offerings.
Background in marketing, product, or digital strategy.
