About the role:
We’re searching for a new Senior Management Assistant position to provide essential support to our leadership team. In this role, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse behind three key executives, ensuring smooth operations, seamless scheduling, and efficient coordination.

What you will do:

Executive Support: Manage and optimize the VP’s calendar, ensuring effective time utilization and alignment with business priorities.

Communication & Coordination: Handle email correspondence, schedule appointments, and facilitate timely follow-ups.

Meeting & Event Management: Plan and organize internal/external meetings, workshops, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution.

Travel & Expense Management: Arrange business travel itineraries and process expense reports accurately.

Project Assistance: Support and contribute to business projects, assisting with coordination and execution.

Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit high-quality reports, presentations, and materials.

Digital & Administrative Excellence: Maintain internal platforms (SharePoint, intranet) and leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency.

Confidentiality & Attention to Detail: Ensure professional handling of sensitive data and administrative tasks.
Who you are:

You have at least 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment.

Highly organized, proactive, and professional individual with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Problem-solving and agility to navigate last-minute changes and unforeseen challenges while staying composed under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office 365 and SharePoint, with the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and systems.
