Extend Lives. Expand Possibilities. Transform Kidney Care.
At Vantive, our mission is simple but powerful: Extending Lives. Expanding Possibilities.
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to help shape the future of renal care across NHS England. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare transformation, market access, and strategic account management, partnering with senior NHS stakeholders to expand access to home dialysis and improve outcomes for people living with kidney disease.
If you're energised by influencing decision-makers, creating new opportunities, and driving meaningful change across complex healthcare systems, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact while accelerating your own career.
Why This Role Matters
Home dialysis is a growing national priority. As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping NHS organisations turn ambition into action by developing sustainable, patient-centred pathways that allow more people to receive treatment at home.
Working with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Kidney Networks, commissioners, clinical leaders, and senior NHS decision-makers, you'll identify opportunities, remove barriers to change, and help deliver solutions that improve both patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
This is far more than account management. It's about influencing strategy, shaping healthcare delivery, and helping extend lives and expand possibilities for patients across the UK.
What You'll Do
  • Build trusted relationships with senior NHS stakeholders, commissioners, and clinical leaders.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver strategic opportunities that expand home dialysis pathways.
  • Lead high-value discussions around service redesign, patient pathways, and healthcare transformation.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions based on clinical and health economic evidence.
  • Translate national NHS priorities and policy into local implementation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, remove barriers, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that deliver long-term growth and impact.
What You'll Bring
  • A proven track record of success within complex NHS or healthcare environments.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, commissioners, ICBs, networks, or C-suite leaders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert strategic opportunities.
  • Experience developing persuasive business cases and value-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of market access, health economics, healthcare consultancy, MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare transformation.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to navigate complexity, think strategically, and execute with pace.
Why Join Vantive?
At Vantive, you'll be part of a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to improving the lives of patients and transforming healthcare.
✨ Influence healthcare transformation at a national level
✨ Partner with some of the NHS's most senior decision-makers
✨ Enjoy significant autonomy and visibility in a strategic role
✨ Competitive compensation and development opportunities
✨ Join a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing culture
✨ Make a genuine difference to patients living with kidney disease
Extend Lives. Expand Possibilities.
If you're looking for a role where commercial success and patient impact go hand in hand, we'd love to hear from you.
Join Vantive and help shape the future of renal care across the NHS.
