Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the program/product vision, roadmap, and goals across the full lifecycle
Prioritize features to deliver maximum business value through iterative development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, resources, and execution
Facilitate daily scrums, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives
Ensure backlog clarity and availability for development teams
Lead customer feedback sessions and translate insights into actionable improvements
Coach team members to enhance delivery quality and recognize growth opportunities
Essential Requirements
Proven experience leading major change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and collaboration
Expertise in IT program and portfolio management practices
Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources effectively
Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable Requirements
Experience working in global pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product delivery frameworks
