About the role
We’re looking for an Industry Marketing Manager to join our international marketing team. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role at the intersection of Product Marketing and Sales, responsible for turning real world deal insight into messaging that directly supports pipeline progression, objection handling, and customer conversations.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with Sales teams and understands how messaging shows up in live deals. You’ll partner with Growth, Sales and Customer Success teams across EMEA and APAC, working alongside global Product Marketing to ensure our positioning reflects what’s actually happening in the field.
What you’ll be doing
Work directly with Sales and Customer Success teams to support active deals, helping shape messaging, positioning and responses to customer objections
Gather insight from live pipeline activity and translate it into clear, reusable messaging, proof points and sales narratives
Develop and refine industry-specific positioning that resonates in real customer conversations
Review and improve marketing outputs (including AI-generated content), ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and usable in sales scenarios
Partner with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to ensure campaigns and content are aligned to real customer needs and buying dynamics
Track how messaging performs in deals and continuously iterate based on feedback from the field
What you’ll bring
Experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or commercial marketing within a SaaS environment
Proven experience working closely with Sales teams on live deals, objection handling, or pipeline support
Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, credible customer-facing messaging
Confidence working with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
A practical, hands-on approach - you’re comfortable getting into the detail as well as shaping direction
Experience or interest in the non-profit or charity sector is a plus
