Senior AI-Focused Full-Stack Engineer (Python / ML)

Net2Phone is seeking a Senior Full-Stack ML Engineer with a strong foundation in Python and a passion for building innovative AI-powered systems. You will join our agile R&D team, working on greenfield projects that integrate cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity to shape early-stage products from concept to deployment in a startup-like environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end development — from backend services to integrating ML models into production-ready applications.

At IDT you will:

• Drive the design and development of AI/ML-powered full-stack applications and services.
• Apply your expertise in machine learning, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning to solve real-world problems.
• Design and manage robust, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on product ideas.
• Build tools and systems for LLMOps, experimentation, and evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with a team of innovators in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, full-stack development, and infrastructure.

We expect you to have:

• Expert-level Python development experience.
• Strong experience with machine learning / LLMs / NLP / Deep Learning.
• Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
• Experience with scalable database design and optimization.
• Independent, proactive team player with startup or MVP-style mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (B2+).
