The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and improve digital employee experience solutions, requiring expertise in C#, React, Scala, and Node.js, with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.

We're looking for a Senior C# master as part of our amazing Engineering team to improve your skills and learn from top-notch engineers, to tackle tough problems and find creative ways to our them and work on cutting-edge technologies and become an industry leader.

Your Experience and Qualifications
- 7+ years of development experience in C# - a must
- Hands-on experience in React\Scala\Node.js\Java - an advantage
- Experience monitoring production environments
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting production issues
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns
- Passion for continuously improving skills and learning new technologies
- Experience using and working with AI tools in an AI-driven environment – an advantage
- Proven ability to tackle new challenges and think creatively to solve problems
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization and profiling tools – an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices – an advantage
- Experience building full-stack applications using React – an advantage
- Experience building data pipelines using Scala – an advantage
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
