What would your day look like?

• Work in a team environment: contribute to team tasks and goals; follow team processes (Scrum) and rituals.
• Work closely with designers and business stakeholders to bring the best solutions to end users.
• Do technical design of UI experiences and full-stack system components, addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Build a performant, loveable, and high-quality product, in an iterative approach.
• Actively contribute to our UI component library.
• Drive discussions and initiatives to elevate our front-end applications, coding practices, and tooling.
• Write quality code, push for high standards, and conduct code reviews. 
• Write automated tests and conduct manual testing of changes. 
• Lead debugging and root cause analysis of complex problems, and offer solutions. 
• Help and mentor other team members, proactively share and document knowledge.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of coding experience, building modern frontend applications.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• In-depth knowledge of core browser concepts and responsive web design.
• A keen eye for detail and design sense.
• Experience in writing automated tests.
• Full-stack development experience is a strong advantage, as you’d be expected to work with NodeJS, GraphQL, PHP, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka.
• Experience with React Native is a plus.

Human Skills

• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and thorough with a commitment to quality.
• Results-oriented, with data-driven decision-making and a focus on delivering impactful outcomes.
• Preference for a remote working environment, collaborating closely with peers within the EMEA timezone.
