  • Partnering with senior finance stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations.
  • Designing and developing financial models and reports to support decision-making, revenue optimisation, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Managing data reconciliation and system interlocks to maintain consistency and accuracy across financial platforms.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in using technology to enhance financial processes. Working in a fast-paced, project-based environment, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of management accounting processes and experience working with finance systems.
  • Proven experience in technology-driven finance transformation, including UAT, system reconciliations, and financial reporting improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.
  • Highly proficient in:
    • Microsoft Excel (including macros, tables, lookups, and array formulas).
    • NetSuite (or experience driving adoption of financial systems).
  • Knowledge and experience of FP&A processes and systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and non-finance teams and manage multiple priorities effectively in a project-based environment.
  • A proactive and structured problem solver with strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.
