We're looking for a hands-on Senior Film Producer to lead the creation of compelling video content that elevates our brand and showcases how our solutions drive social impact.
You'll manage the full production lifecycle, from concept to final edit, working across teams to deliver everything from customer stories and product demos to lead-gen and promotional videos. This role is a 50/50 split between producing and editing, so you’ll need to be just as comfortable crafting a narrative in Premiere Pro as you are leading a shoot or managing stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end production of high-quality video content across formats, from remotely filmed short clips to emotive brand campaign videos
Edit and craft final stories using Premiere Pro and remote production tools
Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to bring ideas to life
Manage the full film project lifecycle, including conceptualisation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, pre-production and occasional on-site shoots
Maintain scalable systems for video requests and workflows
Stay ahead of trends and push creative boundaries
Coach colleagues on visual storytelling and support cross-team initiatives
What you'll bring:
Strong experience within film production, ideally in-house
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of film projects (testimonials, demos, promos, brand films, etc.)
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Experience in motion graphics and audio mixing is highly desired
Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Wistia
Familiarity with professional production equipment
Proficiency in AI-powered editing and production tools is highly valued
Ability to inspire, pitch, and present ideas effectively to cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, project management, and budgeting skills
