Role: Senior Events Executive
Reporting to: Events Manager

As Senior Events Executive, you’ll:
- Own and manage allocated events within the calendar from concept to delivery, ensuring success against KPIs and objectives.
- Report on event performance with clear metrics and insightful analysis.
- Lead the creative ideation of event concepts, producing full proposals to be pitched to senior stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate learnings into event strategies.
- Collaborate across marketing teams, including Influencers, Organic Social, Paid Social, and Brand & Campaigns, to create integrated event experiences.
- Manage internal teams (Studio, Set Build, Creative) to optimise efficiencies across the business.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- At least 2 years of experience in the events industry, ideally within a creative or fast-paced environment.
- A true passion for the health and fitness space, with a deep understanding of the industry's trends and culture.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Experience managing event budgets, invoicing, and financial processes.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualise, pitch, and execute innovative event ideas.
- Willingness to travel to events in the UK and abroad
- Experience in managing influencer integration into events and content creation.
- Proactive, conscientious, and a self-starter, able to manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and freelancers.
