As the Program Manager, you will ensure the Emerging Technologies product development organization operates with maximum strategic alignment and efficiency. The ideal candidates will be highly analytical, structured thinkers who thrive in ambiguity and have a proven track record of managing complex projects.
What You’ll Do:Own and manage the rhythm of the product development lifecycle, from quarterly roadmap planning to sprint-level execution.
Run key operational meetings and provide project management for strategic initiatives to ensure they stay on track.
Develop business cases and models for new product initiatives, helping leadership prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
Create and manage a world-class product launch process, ensuring GTM teams are ready to market, sell, and support new features.
Gather and organize customer feedback, prioritizing of what is actioned
Experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Corporate Strategy at a high-growth SaaS or AI startup.
Technical experience in engineering or product development is a strong plus
Direct experience with software R&D and modern product development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Technical proficiency with Jira and familiarity with AI-native development tools is strongly preferred.
