Why be a Senior Ecommerce Executive at THG?

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Ecommerce Executive to lead the execution of Ecommerce initiatives to drive revenue and profitability growth. Key responsibilities include customer journey optimisation, collaboration across marketing teams, and analysis and reporting on performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fast-paced Ecommerce environments, creating an immersive customer experience.  


As a Senior Ecommerce Manager you'll:

  • Customer Experience: Deliver best in class customer experience through website optimisation. Set an example in the use of systems and data to understand and improve the customer journey.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Build strong relationships across marketing teams to own the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, CRM, App and Affiliates.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Competently utilise data to drive decisions to support performance. Complete reporting of performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with Ecommerce Managers to develop and implement initiatives and processes to support team and business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead collaboration across and outside of the team, setting an example in communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Industry Trends: Demonstrate strong awareness of Ecommerce trends, both within and outside of the Beauty Industry, to maintain best practices.

  • Excellent communicator – able to give clarity and set direction.
  • Awareness of the beauty industry.
  • Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams.
