Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for a passionate and experienced eCommerce professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Senior eCommerce Channel Development Manager position lies within the UK eCommerce team.
You'll lead a high-performing team of two eCommerce Account Executives, and work alongside peers who are driven to achieve excellence. You are passionate about building brands in the digital world, leveraging data to win the online shopper, and growing the eCommerce channel.
You'll be reporting into Jean-Philippe Nier, eCommerce Director UK&I, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to shape the future of eCommerce at Kraft Heinz.
What you'll do:

  • Shape our eCommerce strategy by leveraging insights and market data, and drive its execution externally and internally.
  • Lead our perfect screen agenda
  • Manage and develop a team of two eCommerce Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped to deliver business objectives and grow in their roles.
  • Collaborate with our Brick and mortars Sales teams to execute our eCommerce strategy with our omnichannel customers.
  • Lead cross-functional routines to understand our eCommerce performance and build action plans.
  • Partner closely with our marketing and shopper marketing teams to plan campaigns together and build content.
  • Own and continuously improve our suite of eCommerce data tools, including those for the digital shelf, ROI tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Educate and inspire the wider business by creating and leading trainings, workshops and engagement initiatives.
  • You will drive engagement and share insights in the business using a range of tools and databases at your disposal.


What you'll need:
Hard Skills .

  • Experience in eCommerce (guideline 3+ years)
  • Understanding of the online shopper and the fundamentals of category management for online
  • Expertise winning the digital shelf and understanding how to build best in class content to win online
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong ability to manage data and interpret data to drive actionable insights
  • You are a creative thinker with a passion for eCommerce and a drive to implement innovative solutions.
  • Ideally Bachelor's/Master's degree or similar
