Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Director of Operations to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance of all sites across the United Kingdom and Ireland, driving multi-site excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery for our regional customer base. This is a high-growth, transformation-focused role that will provide critical oversight as we execute our strategic plans to expand operations into Europe.
You will join a high-impact leadership team dedicated to bridging the gap between high-level strategy and local execution to improve margins and safety standards across the territory.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational sites across the United Kingdom and Ireland, while spearheading the operational roadmap for expansion into the European market.
Manage critical external customer relationships and internal stakeholder engagement, collaborating with sales and implementation teams to ensure a high-quality, seamless customer experience across all regional locations.
Lead the implementation of Operational Excellence procedures and strictly ensure that all United Kingdom and Ireland sites adhere to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) regulations to promote a safe and compliant workplace culture.
What You’ll Bring
Substantial experience in supply chain operations and logistics, specifically within large-scale, multi-site warehouse management.
An entrepreneurial approach characterized by innovation and creative thinking to drive business transformation and identify new growth opportunities.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and a deep understanding of cost drivers within the supply chain.
